We both agreed that deferring mobility to clocks situated in clock towers
because of their size and positioning was an adequate trade-off. It is
obvious that the aforementioned size and positioning afford a much greater
range of view, and one must admit that the creation of a walking clock
tower is next to impossible.
There's that changing of tense. Did this happen in the past or has it
even happened yet? I can't tell you.
